Diversity Pathway

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge in each area and earn badges for the completion. The diversity pathway will not only provide education on why diversity is important and how to address unconscious bias but will also focus on the similarities we may miss by only looking at the diversity we see.
