Diversity Pathway: Cognitively Diverse Teams Powerful Solutions

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: Studies have shown that cognitively diverse teams get better results and innovate more because all of the team members think, process information, and see things in different ways. In new, uncertain, and complex situations that organizations now face on an almost daily basis, cognitive diversity is a must.
