Diversity Pathway: Embracing DEI Practices Spurs Innovation

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: Diverse thinkers are a creative boon to your business. In this lesson, you’ll learn why innovation is important, how diversity creates opportunities in every organization, and how to encourage the open exchange of ideas to benefit from those diverse thinkers.
