Belonging Pathway Complete

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete microlessons to increase their knowledge in each area and earn badges for the completion. The belonging pathway will explain what belonging looks like and provide tangible ways that each person can contribute to others around them feeling a sense of belonging.
