Equity Pathway Complete

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete microlessons to increase their knowledge in each area and earn badges for the completion. The equity pathway will provide clarity on the difference between equality and equity. Additionally, it will provide insight into marginalized groups to assist with understanding why equity is needed.
