Equity Pathway: Women @ Work The Cost of Gender Stereotyping

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: Stereotypes are pervasive, shaping our society with assumptions about groups of people that are based on narrow and often incorrect ideas. Learn more about the myriad of gender stereotypes women and men face in the workplace and beyond, where they come from, and how they’re being dismantled.
