Equity Pathway: Stories @ Work LGBTQ+

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: For those in the LGBTQ+ community, how they are perceived and treated is always top of mind. Hear stories from various perspectives in the community and discover how you can take a more active role in how you support them.
