Equity Pathway: Achieving Racial Equity

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: There is a false belief that affirmative action ushered in the age of a racially equitable workplace. While it is true that many workplaces are more racially diverse than ever, it is also true that we still have a long way to go to achieve racial equity. Here you’ll learn how to go from racial diversity to racial equity.
