Equity Pathway: What is In-Group and Out-Group Membership?

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: Gain awareness of what defines group membership and what it means to be in-group and out-group. Understand how you see yourself versus how you see others and how roles of group membership impact power dynamics and situational reactions.
