Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: Though they’re only two small letters apart, equity and equality have some important differences.
