Diversity Pathway: Mirrors Matter The Importance of Representation

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: Think of how many times you’ve seen people who look like you in positions of influence. Depending on your identities, this number could be very high or troublingly low.
