Inclusion Pathway: Following The Platinum Rule

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: The Platinum Rule requires emotional intelligence as well as self-awareness. Taking the time to adopt the perspective of another person, to be empathetic and try to view a situation through the lens of someone else, is a path toward deeper understanding and a better outcome.
