Inclusion Pathway: Diversity Doesn't Stick Without Inclusion

Whereas diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work together to achieve our goal of employees being their true authentic selves at work, they are not the same thing. Learners will complete a series of microlessons to increase their knowledge. In this class employees will learn: Explore what it means to cultivate empathy and a more deliberately open mind towards others. Take away some practical steps to help you shift your thinking away from stereotypes and towards a more welcoming approach to those around you.
